WHAT’S A DIE-CUT DECAL?
They’re great! Our die-cut vinyl decals do not have a clear film or backing color like stickers do. Once applied, only the design remains and they look "painted on," especially in our matte finishes. No, we only offer professional die-cut vinyl decals. They need to be applied to a hard/smooth surface of your choice once received. Chalkboards, window panes, acrylic, mirrors, and wood work are great and are removable after the event. Think of it as calligraphy in sticker form.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I NEED?
Great question! When you choose your size, you’re choosing the total width and height of the decals. The decals will always be created in a square or rectangular shape. In order for the decals to fit correctly, the size selected should be at least 1-2" smaller than where they'll be placed. If any additional size options are needed, please contact us so we can add them in.
Our decals are waterproof and fade resistant for 6+ years when placed outdoors and have direct exposure to all of the elements. You do not need to add anything to them for protection. However, you're welcome to add a top coat of clear poly (if applying to wood).
DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO APPLY MY DECALS TO A RECENTLY PAINTED OR STAINED SURFACE?
I'VE NEVER APPLIED A DECAL BEFORE. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT GETS MESSED UP?
I NEED THIS ASAP. DO YOU OFFER RUSH PROCESSING?
We are not able to offer rush processing but do ship out as quickly as possible. Our processing times are generally around 2-4 days to ship out. If this is needed ASAP, we highly suggest upgrading the shipping to Priority or Express at checkout. Express is much more, but it is the only option to guarantee a 1-2 business day delivery. All other options offered are estimates only.

We're no longer able to accept custom orders, however, if an additional size is needed or you'd like a minor adjustment made, please reach out!
FAQ FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS
THE TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
Please reach out to your local Post Office branch and make them aware ASAP. Most of the time they will be able to help locate the package. If for any reason they can't please make us aware.
I KEEP CHECKING MY TRACKING INFORMATION BUT MY PACKAGE HASN'T MOVED IN A WHILE.
Unfortunately, this is acceptable to the Post Office. Any packages being shipped First Class or Priority mail offer estimated delivery time frames only. They do not consider mail "missing" unless it's been over 30 days. If this is an Express Package and it's been more than 1-2 business days, a file can be made. With everything going on due to COVID-19, delivery speeds have been hit or miss. Items going to remote areas tend to be held until enough mail is going in the same direction.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT REALIZED THAT THE SIZE WAS TOO SMALL/LARGE. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO HELP?
Yes, we never consider our job done until everything is exactly as you'd like on your end! Please reach out to us with the new size that you'd like or with the measurements of the available space where the decal will go so we can recommend a size.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE MY DECALS?
To remove the decals, simply peel them off. If you're having any trouble, we recommend heating the decals up first by using a hairdryer or by leaving them out in the sun.
