Shipping & Policies

Most decals will be sent out in a regular letter envelope without tracking or insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you would like to add tracking or insurance before your item is shipped, just message us. You will only be charged what the USPS charges.

Refunds and Exchanges
We will issue a 100% refund (including shipping) if we made a mistake on your decal. However, we will not be held responsible and will not refund you after a design was approved. Please double check all designs for spelling and grammar mistakes before approving. We are also not responsible if a decal is damaged during application. Instructions will be sent to you with your decal and we are available to answer any questions. If you have any trouble placing your decal, we recommend that you stop and contact us so we assist you.

Payment must be received before any designs or decals will be created. Once your decal is cut, your order may not be canceled
